Rebranding
When I started the project, there was no content strategy, posts were infrequent and there was a mix of styles used on the Instagram grid. When I started running the accounts, I wanted to create a plan that would increase interactions, make everything look uniform and be consistent with the Kansas Athletics brand.

When I took over the feed, posts were inconsistent and a mix between photos, graphics and an inconsistent voice.
Since rowing has to reach a quota of scholarship athletes and it is such a unique sport to the Kansas area, our team hosts walk-on tryouts for athletes who might be interested in joining or learning more about the sport. I used this opportunity to create a countdown to the event on our social feeds. My goal was to increase interactions with the University of Kansas student body and prospective student-athletes.
Simple but informative
Working with the coaches, we both agreed on showing prospective student-athletes the bonds that you will be joining the rowing team. From there, I created graphics and placed photos that would be best fit the campaign.

One of the main objectives of this campaign project was to reinvent the main grid of the Instagram account, making it visually appealing to potential followers.
