Strategy
Sport Clips requires all of their stores to have the corporate social media post go on each store feed. When looking at the analytics I noticed that we received more interactions with posts when they were about the team members at the store rather than the same corporate message. So I asked all of the 36 store managers to post team member anniversaries and birthdays on their store accounts so then their clients could interact with the posts.
Weekly Lineup
Weekly the original 18 stores get a customized schedule posted to their store's page to encourage customers to come and visit their favorite stylists that week.
